2 | tablespoons | beef stew seasoning mix | |

3/4 | cup | water | |

2 | pounds | beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips | |
|
|||
1 | can | (6 ounces) mushrooms, sliced and drained | |
|
|||
8 | ounces | sour cream | |
|
|||
1 | package | (12 ounces) wide egg noodles, prepare as directed | |
|
|||
garnish with fresh parsley | |||
|
In a small bowl, combine seasoning mix and water; set aside.
In a large skillet, saute beef in oil until no longer pink; drain. Add the mushrooms and seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Serve over steaming hot noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
