Yield: 2-1/2 cups
1 | package | (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened | |

1 | can | (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped | |

1-1/2 | cups | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate or
quiche dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Serve with baked pita bread wedges or vegetable dippers.
